- Mechanical certificates*
- Merchant police service
- Oil and gas well drilling
- Plumbing certificates*
- Recycling centers and mobile recycling points
- Septic tank truck operators
- Sidewalk dining license
- Solicitors
- Taxicabs
- Tree and shrub trimmers and treaters
