Overview
The City of Great Bend is divided into four billing cycles. One section of town is billed each week of the month. Your location within the City determines your billing cycle. Customers’ bills are due at the time of printing, and 28 days later become delinquent and are subject to disconnect 10 days later. Per City Code Section 13.04.430, for those premises who are served by the city, the sewer use charge shall be based upon the average water usage incurred during the billing cycles of the city that most closely conforms to the preceding months of November, December, January and February and shall be billed on a calendar-month basis.
